The scope of activities in this sector includes thermal power plants (gas-fired, steam, and combined-cycle), fuel storage facilities (diesel and fuel oil), renewable energy systems such as expansion turbines, geothermal and wind energy, gas network safety and control projects, feasibility study projects, and supervision of domestically manufactured equipment. Among the major projects currently under construction are the Neka, Khorramabad, Ardakan, and Tarasht power plants, as well as the Arya Banader Chabahar project.
