Location Mazandaran Province, 25 km northeast of Neka city
Stage Commissioned and permanently delivered. Currently, expansion of the Neka Combined Cycle Power Plant is under planning by the Thermal Power Plants Holding Company, with construction activities expected to commence in the near future.

Technical Specifications

•    Construction of the steam section of the combined cycle plant with a nominal capacity of 160 MW
•    Equipped with supplementary firing (S.F) system and Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG)
•    Cooling system: once-through condenser utilizing seawater

Role of Moshanir Company

Moshanir provided engineering services, design review, overall supervision, and site supervision.

Key Achievements

•    Design and engineering of HRSG units with supplementary firing system
•    Utilization of seawater for once-through cooling condenser system
•    Construction of an intake basin measuring 1,100 m in length and approximately 200 m in width, with main and auxiliary jetties extending into the sea for two steam units of the combined cycle plant
•    The second steam unit is included in the future expansion program of the Neka Combined Cycle Power Plant
