A wide range of engineering services related to the water and wastewater industry are being carried out by the Water and Energy Projects Division, utilizing experienced experts. The activities undertaken by this division have resulted in the commissioning of more than 5,200 MW of hydropower capacity in the country, and currently, studies are underway for an additional 2,000 MW of hydropower generation.
Key projects include:
- Optimization of Dez Dam Power Plant
- Upgrading the energy output of the Siah Bisheh Pumped Storage Power Plant
- Design and supervision of the construction of the largest water treatment plant in the country
- Upgrading and expansion of wastewater treatment plants in the metropolitan cities of Karaj and Sanandaj
- Design and supervision of the Zhaveh Dam and water transfer system project, featuring more than 850 meters of pumping head
