Signing of the initial Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for water transfer from the Sea of Oman to northern Kerman

The Managing Director of Kerman Regional Water Company announced that an initial cooperation memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed between the Kerman Regional Water Company and Moshanir Company, representing the investment firms MAPNA, Pournam, and Tableieh, regarding the study and implementation of the water transfer project from the Sea of Oman to northern Kerman Province.
Mr. Mohammadreza Bakhtiari, in an interview with the Iranian Students News Agency (ISNA), Kerman Region, stated that this MoU follows the cooperation agreements exchanged between the Governor of Kerman and private sector investors within the framework of the province’s development programs.
He emphasized that the MoU outlines the commitments of both parties for advancing the project, and it has been agreed that comprehensive cooperation will be provided by provincial executive authorities and the investors to ensure the effective implementation of its provisions.
