Technical Specifications:

•    Preparation of an Environmental Management Action Plan (EMAP), approved by the “Working Group for Reviewing Projects Subject to Environmental Impact Assessment Without Permit but with Physical Progress.”
•    Coverage: All six sections of the Qazvin–Alamut–Tonekabon main road, with a total length of approximately 148 km.
•    Collaboration with the client to supervise proper implementation of mitigation measures by contractors to reduce adverse environmental impacts.

Role of Moshanir

•    Review and update of previously prepared Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports.
•    Preparation of site-specific Environmental Management Action Plan (EMAP).
•    Monitoring and evaluation of EMAP implementation.
•    Documentation and capacity building activities.

Special Achievements

•    Initial site visits along the project route, mapping sensitive and degraded locations using GPS.
•    Meetings and consultations with project managers, contractors, and environmental experts from Qazvin and Mazandaran provincial offices.
