Technical Specifications:

•    Reservoir dam height: 86.5 m
•    Crest length: 300 m
•    Purpose: Supplying water for agriculture and industry in plains located above 2,000 m elevation.
•    Water transfer system: Steel pipeline with 6 pumping stations.
•    Average annual transfer: 123 million m³ of water.
•    Maximum capacity: 8 m³/s.
•    Pipeline specifications: 2,000 mm diameter, 32.288 km length, including 4.34 km Naran Tunnel.

•    Review of Phase I studies
•    Execution of Phase II studies
•    Site and high-level supervision

Special Achievements

•    Largest roller-compacted concrete (RCC) dam constructed in Iran, with a record monthly concreting volume of 121,000 m³.
•    The transfer system, with a dynamic pumping head of about 900 m, is among the largest water transfer systems in the country.
