Technical Specifications

•    Taleghani 20/63/230 kV substation includes:
•    2 × 230 kV line feeders with double busbar arrangement and transfer bus
•    2 × 20/63/230 kV transformer feeders with double busbar arrangement and transfer bus
•    10 × 63 kV line feeders with single busbar arrangement
•    2 × 20/63 kV transformer feeders
•    12 × 20 kV outgoing feeders
•    2 × 20 kV capacitor bank feeders with two capacitor bank sets, each rated at 3 Mvar

Moshanir responsibility:

Moshanir provided engineering services including:
•    Design review and system studies
•    Preparation of tender documents for equipment supply/installation and civil contractors
•    Review of civil, HV, and LV design drawings
•    Site supervision of electrical and civil works

Key Achievements

•    Second GIS-230 kV substation in Isfahan, equipped with GIS technology manufactured by Alstom (France), Siemens relays, and Escher DCS system
•    The first GIS-230 kV substation in Isfahan was Pakdel Substation, commissioned in 2018 with Parsian as contractor and Moshanir as consultant
•    Construction of a 230 kV cable tunnel between Pakdel and Taleghani substations, 7 km in length, executed using TBM technology
