• In the first phase, 26 PMUs were installed at different locations across the country as a pilot project, with the Tehran Control Center defined as the central hub.
• The collection and processing of these synchronized measurements established the foundation for a new and relatively advanced technology for monitoring, protection, and control of power networks.
