Moshanir provided engineering and supervisory services including:
• Detailed design and relay settings
• Completion of forms for comprehensive network study plans
• Preparation of technical specifications for equipment
• Compilation of dispatching signal lists for RDC and POC centers
• Preparation of installation documents and instructions
• Site supervision of Phase II civil works, execution, installation, testing, and commissioning
