Technical Specifications:
• The Tehran Refinery operates two power plants (old and new) at a voltage level of 6 kV, isolated from the national grid.
• These plants supply various refinery loads, the majority of which are electric motors.
Moshanir responsibility:
Execution of system studies including:
• Load flow analysis
• Short-circuit studies
• Protective coordination
• Motor starting analysis
• Network stability assessment
Special Achievements
As part of this project, new relay settings for the refinery were calculated and, under Moshanir’s supervision, implemented by the contractor on the existing relays.
