Technical Specifications

Role of Moshanir Company
Moshanir provided engineering services for Phases I and II in partnership and is cooperating with the client in contractor selection and commencement of construction activities.
Key Achievements
• The existing Dez Dam power plant has a capacity of 520 MW, which will be upgraded to 720 MW after optimization.
• With the construction of the second Dez power plant, the combined installed capacity will reach 1,440 MW.
• Implementation of this project will allow a significant portion of energy generated during midnight hours to be shifted to base load supply.
