Moshanir was responsible for:
• Layout planning of wind farms at Harzevil and Siyahpoosh sites
• Estimation of extractable energy from the wind farm
• Design studies of the internal 20 kV electrical network
• Preliminary studies and design of access roads, culverts, turbine and transformer foundations, and guardhouses
• Supervision of geological testing
• Preparation of general layout maps, steel structures, bridges, and culverts
• Supervision of civil and electrical works outside the turbines
• Construction, installation, commissioning, and provisional delivery of wind turbines
